We no longer offer free site visits. This is due to the large number of quotations we’re doing compared to the smaller number of jobs being won—it’s no longer financially sustainable.

To avoid the call-out fee, we strongly recommend sending us a video via WhatsApp showing the work needed.

Time zone

Please note: All of our booking slots are based on an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

For example, if you book an 8am slot, our ETA will be anytime between 8am and 10am. This allows us some flexibility in the event of traffic or unexpected delays.

Please ensure someone is present during the entire ETA window. Do not proceed with the booking if this arrangement is unsuitable.

When we’re en route, we’ll send you a Live Location via WhatsApp, so you can track our journey in real time—just in case you need to nip out or make plans around our arrival.
